Can you give an example of a challenge?
Half of the fun of the challenge is not knowing what you're going to be doing that day, so we don't give away examples because we don't want to ruin the surprise! Instead, what we do is offer a five day money-back guarantee. You can try the challenge for five whole days and make sure you love it. If you're not having fun, we'll refund you every penny.
If I buy both, do we have to do both challenges at the same time?
No, you don't! If you have the time and energy to do both at the same time, knock yourselves out! But we want the challenge to feel really doable (pun fully intended), so for most couples our recommendation is to do one challenge at a time.

Can we start the challenge(s) at a later time?
Yes! We'll be sending your first challenge email(s) on Valentine's Day, but you don't need to start right away. There's a link to pause the challenge right in your confirmation email. You can pause for now, then start whenever you're ready. You have lifetime access to the challenge, so there's no rush.

Your partner won’t receive ANY emails until your Challenge starts on February 14th!
Is this for LGBTQ+ couples, too?
Absolutely. The challenges are specifically designed to be gender-neutral.
Do we have to have sex every day?
No. The Connection Challenge doesn’t involve sex at all. The Sex Challenge has both sensual and sexual activities to choose from, but it’s not just intercourse.
